Receiving that hunk of glass was one of the biggest shocks in my entire life. It was a massive wake-up call that I am truly capable of stearing my own ship and achieving goals I set for myself. I've never seen myself that way before, but learning to let go of judgment, trust my intuition, function from a place of love and humility, and put in honest effort every day makes my vision possible.

As much as I hate it, the posing aspect of bodybuilding is often greatly overlooked, especially at your first competition.
It's not about being as lean as possible, trust me.
